Product Feature

Appearance and material	Transparent. The materials of the sheet is food grade pvc
Formability	Uniform thermoforming over a reasonable temperature range. Thermoforming temperature should be suitable for use with 3D printed plastic models. Preferably under 350 F. The melting point for hard sheet is 160 degrees Celsius, which is equal to 315 F.
Thermoformed thickness	1.0 mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm
Material Shrink	Material should not shrink after thermoforming
Stress retention	Good stress retention over a 2 week period when deflected over a 1 mm range when formed.
Water absorption	Low water absorption.
Storage	The material does not absorb moisture during storage or should be sufficiently packaged to prevent moisture absorption. There's a transparent film over the sheet to prevent from moisture
Force range	The material should be able to exert of light constant force in the range of 1 – 2 N or 100 to 200 gmf when deflected to 0.25mm to 1 mm, when thermoformed. The bearing capacity of the pvc particle is 200kg
Impact strength	The impact strength is 50kg
Tear Resistance	The tear resistance for this sheet reach up to 300kg.
Bio-Compatibility	Can not biocompatible for surface contact and contact with soft tissues in the oral cavity.
Stain Resistance	Can possess excellent stain resistance
Layers	Can be made of one layer or can be multilayered
